In 2019, Sayari has taken off.
At international level, we developed the « Product Biodiversity Footprint » tool. Methodology was published and acknowledged by business and experts. 2020 is a defining year for biodiversity and we expect new companies to join.
In France, data collection on food environmental impact has made up very busy. Environmental footprints of more than 2500 food items will be available : carbon, eutrophication, water, land-use…We are laying the ground for sound data informing food transition.
In 2020, we will work with our clients towards more availability of environmental metrics and data. Two major stakes are orienting our action:
