Which substances and in what quantities are applied to which crops?
Sayari has developed a database of average pesticide application quantities for the main plant productions in France, based on publicly available information. The data are generated for 7 consecutive years (2015 to 2021). This database will be used to refine calculations of the impact of agricultural production in mainland France.
