Scientific cooperation with ASC label

ASC is the label for sustainable aquaculture, the “Aquaculture Stewardship Council”.

The aim of the cooperation is to better measure in order to expand biodiversity-friendly practices in aquaculture; this will help businesses to improve practices using sound metrics, and ultimately provide consumers with relevant information. This is especially timely in the context of food consumer information, with on-going activities in France and in Europe.

ASC and Sayari will collaborate in exchanging data and perform joint research activities.
