Our paper on farmed salmon is published !

? Did you know that farmed salmon are destroying biodiversity?

?In particular because it is fed with Peruvian anchovy meal whose species is overexploited.

?This is the conclusion of a case study we conducted that was published by The European Union (EU).

?It is essential to reconsider the sources of diet in farmed fish to make them more sustainable. Insects could be a solution.
